ABOUT US

Open Box Consulting has been working with schools, councils and Dioceses since autumn 2007. Open Box Consulting is David and Louise Groves, both of whom have backgrounds in school organisation and education capital project and programme management that has been gained from working in local authorities, education consultancy, and property consultancy. We set up Open Box so that we could focus solely on school organistion and education project management work, directly helping schools and local authorities. 

We are proud that our introductions to schools and councils are almost always through recommendations and word of mouth. We hope this reflects our commitment to delivering what we say we will, and delivering it well, so that people are happy to recommend us. We are careful to ensure that we only work with clients where we think we can add value, and careful to ensure that we always have the capacity to complete our work properly. Because there are only two of us, we know what we are good and at what we are not - there is no 'upselling', no attempt to outstay our welcome, and we will always try to recommend people or organsations better placed to do work than us if that's appropriate. What you see is what you get! 

How do we work? Flexibly with you to ensure that we achieve what you want - we do not have a 'one size fits all' approach. We are used to meeting / phone calls at odd times of the day and week, because we know how busy you are. We are impartial. And we are effective - we are very experienced at presenting to different audiences and in ensuring that we help them understand issues and make informed decisions.
